Jungok Bae recently received
her doctorate in Applied Linguistics from UCLA. She earned an
M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from University of Illinois

Dr. Robert N. Diotalevi, Esq.,
LL.M., is Program Coordinator and Assistant Professor at Florida Gulf
Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. He has been a Massachusetts lawyer
and educator for eighteen years. He is also a member of the Florida bar.
Diotalevi possesses four degrees and has been internationally published.
His works have been published in SMU School of Law's Computer Law Review
and Technology Journal, The Paralegal Educator, The Journal of
Paralegal Education and Practice, and The Online Journal of Distance
Learning Administration. He serves as editor for The Online Journal
of Distance Learning Administration and The Journal of Paralegal
Education and Practice. Diotalevi presents at national and regional
law-related conferences as well as at colleges and law schools nationwide.

Lynne Fukuda is Instructor
of Biology at Hawaii Pacific University, and is a regular contributor
to this journal in the monthly column, "The View From Here."
Her previous column, "Fukuda's Chalkboard," can be found in
the January-August 2002 editions of this journal, as well as various other

Glen Milan is a non-traditional
freshman at the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado. (E-mail:

Ron Rubin is a Safe Schools
Consultant and Coordinator of the Crisis Prevention & Management Project
for the Vermont Department of Education. During his 33-year career in
education he's been a teacher, principal, and a faculty member at the
University of Vermont, Goddard College, and the Community College of Vermont.
Ron provides training and technical assistance in a variety of areas pertaining
to discipline and school climate. He is hopeful, likes to laugh, and has
written 14 books of poetry, some of which can be viewed in the April issue.
