Heaven help me
in this time of trial
I suffer not for mercy
but reprieve Ask
and it shall be given
but I need more
than words to keep
this trembling that
weighs me unbalanced
on a high beam
the safety net has
broke I am
alone with only
faith to guide me
but no one hears
me crying Save me
from these shadows
that creep and crawl
around my feet
I’m close to slipping
oh God please help me.
